线上线下年夜饭预订升温 双主场加速餐饮复苏******
中新网上海1月16日电 (李秋莹)春节临近，“年夜饭吃什么”成为消费者们关心的一大话题，年夜饭预订热度持续走高。记者从各大平台了解到，今年市民预订年夜饭比往年大幅提前，美团外卖数据显示，最近一周“年夜饭外卖”关键词搜索量同比去年增长4倍，“年夜饭预订”关键词搜索量同比去年增长2倍，提供年夜饭菜品的商家数量对比去年同期增长了20倍。
堂食陆续恢复，外卖持续增长，为今年的年夜饭市场更增添了几分火热。南京餐饮品牌狮王府市场部总监邢光婷表示：“我们对即将到来的年夜饭特别是外卖年夜饭市场十分看好，往年我们的整体重心是以堂食年夜饭为主，今年我们双渠道堂食外卖年夜饭并驾齐驱，目前集团旗下多个品牌都已经启动各品牌年夜饭方案。”
今年年货节期间，大董、全聚德、梅龙镇、豫园等知名老字号纷纷将年夜饭预制菜套餐上线外卖平台饿了么。“疫情对预制菜的市场影响很大，大家逐渐接受了预制菜的烹饪方式，还原度比较高，今年年夜饭的销售很火爆”，豫园文化饮食集团快消事业群执行总裁邱焘介绍。
截至南方小年，预制菜套餐订单量最高的前三城市分别为北京、上海和苏州，紫光园、老城一锅和大董(董到家)的订单量位居前三。
从菜品供应上看，烤鸭、羊蝎子这种客单价更高、更加品质化的菜品成为年夜饭菜单的主流。此外，在南方，盆菜等当地特色年夜饭也成为热门品类。
为了迎接市民网上预订年夜饭的热潮，线上生鲜平台叮咚买菜推出“年夜饭预制菜”预定专区，三大特色，全面升级。既有主打家乡味道的传统宴席“八大碗”系列，上线仅半个月，销量轻松突破10万份；也有主打营养健康、高端品质的海鲜预制菜，帝王蟹、波士顿龙虾……纷纷做成预制菜，其中“避风塘炒面包蟹”，一天被抢订5000多份。

拉蒂娜品牌总监丁国坚向记者表示，“上海深受海派文化影响，对外来事物的接受度很高，西餐年夜饭就是很好的例子”，他说，近几年更多的市民愿意尝试和传统年夜饭不一样的西餐年夜饭，据悉，拉蒂娜巴西春节期间，在外卖渠道和线下堂食同时推出春节年夜饭西餐套餐，比如富有巴西特色的芝士面包，巴西国宴里经常出现的特色黑豆饭，以及各种先考牛排、羊排、海鲜等，以满足上海市民的春节用餐需求。
中国烹饪协会认为，随着各类扩大需求的政策举措落地显效，全国堂食、宴会、跨省旅游等活动逐渐恢复，节日的到来促使消费市场主体信心得到提振，经济发展活力重新释放，为即将到来的春节餐饮市场创造了良好的开端。建议餐饮商家通过线上线下相融合，堂食外卖相结合，努力营造祥和幸福的兔年春节市场供应。

As the most grueling House speaker election in the past 164 years, the election has highlighted the defects of the country’s "confrontational democracy". The election once reached a stalemate due to intense partisan strife, inner-party struggle among the Republicans, uneven distribution of interests, and more. Democratic Party members forged a close alliance, refusing to vote for McCarthy, while about 20 Republicans also declined to cast ballots for the GOP leader.
